jlii Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jlii," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jlii gaming platform operated at jlii.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and gaming products offered thereunder.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses jlii services in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User following successful registration on the jlii platform.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products offered by jlii including but not limited to online casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, sports betting, poker, bingo, and related entertainment offerings.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a User's personal payment method into their jlii Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's jlii Account balance to their designated payment method.
• "Website" refers to jlii.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and native mobile applications.
• "Bonus" includes all promotional offers, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and any other promotional incentives offered by jlii.

1.2 Interpretation

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise: (a) references to the singular include the plural and vice versa; (b) headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; (c) references to "include" or "including" are without limitation; and (d) any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any subordinate legislation made under it and any modification or re-enactment thereof.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity Requirements

To register for and use jlii services, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age or older as of the date of registration; (b) be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law; (c) not be prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence; and (d) act solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party. jlii reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification; date of birth; valid email address; Philippine mobile phone number; residential address; and preferred currency (PHP). You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 One Account Per Person Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account with jlii. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. If jlii identifies duplicate Accounts associated with the same User through IP address matching, device fingerprinting, payment method correlation, or other technical means, we reserve the right to: (a) close all duplicate Accounts; (b) void all bets placed from duplicate Accounts; (c) confiscate any bonuses received through duplicate Accounts; and (d) withhold any winnings obtained through use of duplicate Accounts. Only the original Account will remain active, and balances from duplicate Accounts will not be transferred.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

jlii services are intended for Users physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other tools to disguise geographic location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension. jlii employs geolocation technology to verify User location and reserves the right to request additional verification if discrepancies are detected.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlii username and password. You agree to: (a) use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters; (b) not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances; (c) not allow any other person to access your Account; and (d) immediately notify jlii if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. jlii will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate password security.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to regularly monitor your Account for any suspicious or unauthorized transactions. Any disputed transactions must be reported to jlii customer support within 48 hours of occurrence; disputes reported after this period may not be investigated or resolved in the User's favor.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

jlii is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To fulfill these obligations, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: (a) government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card); (b) proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence); (c) proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing account holder name, credit card photo with middle digits obscured); and (d) source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jlii accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven outlets, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits are subject to the following conditions: (a) minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process; (b) deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 15 minutes depending on payment method; (c) you may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name; (d) third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned minus processing fees; and (e) jlii reserves the right to decline any deposit at our sole discretion without providing reason.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Timeframes

Withdrawals may be requested at any time via your Account dashboard, subject to the following terms: (a) withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by jlii for legitimate reasons; (b) minimum withdrawal amounts apply depending on payment method selected; (c) first-time withdrawals may require identity verification before processing; (d) withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals average 5-30 minutes, bank transfers 1-3 business days, and cryptocurrency 1-12 hours; (e) jlii reserves the right to charge withdrawal fees on withdrawals below PHP 1,000 or more than 3 withdrawals per week; and (f) all withdrawal requests are subject to security review which may delay processing in cases where suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Eligibility

To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, jlii requires that all deposits be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal. Deposits that have not met this minimum wagering requirement may be subject to a 10% administrative fee upon withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion terms; failure to meet bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

4.4 Currency and Transaction Limits

All financial transactions on jlii are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processors. jlii imposes maximum daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes. These limits can be adjusted via your Account settings but increases may be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Withdrawal limits apply based on Account verification status and VIP tier level.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on jlii are governed by the following principles: (a) once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious system error; (b) jlii reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known or where market manipulation is suspected; (c) maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary based on game type, Account status, and bonus eligibility; (d) all game results are determined by certified random number generators that are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party laboratories; and (e) in the event of a dispute regarding game results, jlii's transaction logs shall be considered the authoritative record.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting on jlii: (a) all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body; (b) if an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours; (c) jlii reserves the right to adjust odds in response to market conditions at any time prior to bet acceptance; (d) maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day regardless of odds; and (e) "live betting" or "in-play betting" is subject to acceptance delays to account for transmission latency and may be rejected if material events occur during transmission.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game. You agree to familiarize yourself with game-specific rules before wagering. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption: (a) all bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided at jlii's discretion; (b) if a game round is interrupted mid-play, your bet will remain valid and the game round will be completed when you next access that game; and (c) jlii's maximum liability for any technical error is lim ited to the amount wagered on the affected bet or game round.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: (a) syndicate betting or coordinated betting activity across multiple Accounts; (b) exploitation of technical errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities; (c) use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets; (d) arbitrage betting across different operators or between different markets on jlii; (e) bonus hunting or abuse of promotional offers beyond their intended purpose; and (f) collusion with other players or with jlii staff members.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, and rewards offered by jlii are subject to specific terms and conditions that are presented at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include: (a) bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may be restricted or denied to professional or advantage players at jlii's sole discretion; (b) only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise; (c) wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited; (d) not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely; and (e) the maximum bet allowed while wagering bonus funds is typically PHP 100 per spin/hand unless otherwise specified, and exceeding this limit may void the bonus.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available only to new Users who register for the first time with jlii. To qualify for a welcome bonus: (a) the User must not have previously held an Account with jlii; (b) the User must not reside in the same household as an existing jlii Account holder attempting to claim a duplicate welcome bonus; (c) the User must make a qualifying first deposit meeting the minimum amount specified in the promotion terms; and (d) the User must opt-in to receive the bonus during registration or within the deposit process. jlii reserves the right to deny welcome bonuses to Users suspected of creating multiple Accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "35x bonus amount") and indicate the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 35x wagering requires PHP 35,000 in total bets before conversion. Wagering contributions vary by game type, and bets placed on restricted games do not count toward wagering requirements. Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.4 Promotion Abuse and Bonus Forfeiture

jlii reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User has abused promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; (b) using unfair betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; (c) depositing and immediately withdrawing funds to circumvent wagering requirements; (d) coordinating with other Users to exploit bonus terms; and (e) any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion or gives the User an unfair advantage.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

jlii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activities. We encourage all Users to: (a) treat gaming as entertainment, not as a way to make money; (b) only gamble with funds they can afford to lose; (c) set time and money limits before playing; (d) take regular breaks during gaming sessions; and (e) seek help if gaming behavior becomes problematic. jlii provides access to responsible gaming resources and support organizations that specialize in addressing problem gambling.

7.2 Deposit Limits and Reality Checks

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings at any time. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and prevent deposits that would exceed the specified threshold. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, while decreases in deposit limits apply immediately. jlii also offers reality check notifications that alert Users to the amount of time they have spent on the platform during a gaming session.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Options

Users who feel they need a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. To initiate self-exclusion: (a) contact jlii customer support and specify the desired exclusion period; (b) during the exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit funds, or access any jlii services; (c) any pending bonuses will be forfeited upon self-exclusion; (d) self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated; and (e) at the end of a temporary exclusion period, your Account will not automatically reactivate—you must contact support to request reactivation. Users requesting permanent self-exclusion will have their Accounts closed indefinitely and will not be permitted to open new Accounts with jlii.

7.4 Age Verification and Minor Protection

jlii strictly prohibits individuals under 21 years of age from registering, accessing, or using our services. We employ age verification procedures during registration and may request additional documentation to confirm User age at any time. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software and parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gaming sites. If jlii discovers that a User is under 21 years of age: (a) the Account will be immediately suspended; (b) all bets will be voided; (c) deposits will be returned but winnings will be forfeited; and (d) the User will be permanently banned from future registration.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities: (a) using jlii services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law; (b) providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time thereafter; (c) using payment methods not registered in your own name; (d) colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; (e) attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack jlii software or systems; (f) using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location; (g) harassing, abusing, or threatening jlii staff or other Users; (h) laundering money or engaging in other financial crimes through jlii; and (i) assisting or encouraging others to violate these Terms.

8.2 Account Suspension and Termination

jlii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we believe the User has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Upon account suspension: (a) you will be unable to access your Account or place new bets; (b) pending bets may be voided at jlii's discretion; (c) bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited; (d) jlii will conduct an investigation which may take up to 90 days; and (e) if the investigation concludes that Terms were violated, any remaining balance may be confiscated. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, your Account will be reinstated and available funds returned.

8.3 Fraud and Criminal Activity

jlii takes fraud and criminal activity extremely seriously. Activities that jlii considers fraudulent include but are not limited to: (a) stolen or fraudulent payment method usage; (b) chargeback fraud where Users deposit funds, gamble, and then dispute the transaction with their bank; (c) identity theft or use of another person's documents; (d) match-fixing or insider betting with non-public information; and (e) money laundering through rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles. jlii cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected criminal activity to appropriate agencies. Users engaging in fraud may face criminal prosecution in addition to account termination and fund confiscation.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

9.1 jlii Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on jlii.cam including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and audiovisual content is the exclusive property of jlii or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jlii services for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: (a) reproduction, distribution, or modification of jlii content; (b) commercial use of jlii materials; (c) removal of copyright or trademark notices; (d) creation of derivative works based on jlii content; or (e) framing or mirroring of jlii.cam on other websites.

9.2 User-Generated Content

If Users submit content to jlii through reviews, forum posts, chat messages, or other communication channels, Users grant jlii a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. Users represent and warrant that any submitted content: (a) does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; (b) does not contain defamatory, obscene, or illegal material; (c) does not violate privacy rights of others; and (d) complies with all applicable laws. jlii reserves the right to remove any User-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability Disclaimer

While jlii strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that jlii.cam or our mobile applications will be available at all times. jlii services may be temporarily unavailable due to: (a) scheduled maintenance or system upgrades; (b) technical difficulties or server failures; (c) third-party service provider outages; (d) network or internet service provider issues; (e) force majeure events including natural disasters, war, or government action; or (f) cyberattacks or security incidents. jlii will not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jlii's total liability to any User for all claims arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount deposited into the User's Account during the 90 days preceding the claim. jlii shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; (c) damages resulting from unauthorized Account access where the User failed to maintain password security; (d) losses caused by User error, misunderstanding of rules, or failure to read Terms; (e) technical issues on the User's device or internet connection; or (f) actions of third-party payment processors or service providers.

10.3 Game Results and Randomness

All jlii games utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) that undergo regular third-party testing to ensure fairness. However, jlii makes no representation or warranty regarding: (a) the likelihood of winning or losing on any particular game; (b) payout percentages on individual gaming sessions (published RTP percentages represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds); or (c) the outcome of any specific bet or wager. Gaming outcomes are determined entirely by chance, and past results do not influence future results.

10.4 Third-Party Links and Services

jlii.cam may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, or service providers. jlii is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Users access third-party services at their own risk, and jlii disclaims all liability for any damages or losses resulting from use of third-party services linked from our platform.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to use of jlii services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using jlii services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

11.2 Internal Dispute Resolution Process

Before pursuing formal legal action, Users agree to first attempt resolution through jlii's internal dispute resolution process: (a) submit a detailed complaint to jlii customer support via email at [email protected] including your Account username, transaction details, and description of the issue; (b) jlii will investigate the complaint and respond within 10 business days; (c) if the initial response is unsatisfactory, Users may request escalation to a senior manager who will review the case within an additional 15 business days; and (d) jlii's decision following this internal review process shall be considered final and binding unless the User pursues formal legal remedies.

11.3 Arbitration Agreement

If disputes cannot be resolved through jlii's internal process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and each party shall bear its own costs. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement does not prevent jlii from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing Terms violations.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

Users agree that disputes with jlii must be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of any class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action. Users waive any right to participate as a class member in any class action lawsuit against jlii.

12. Amendments and Communications

12.1 Right to Modify Terms

jlii reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on jlii.cam with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting User rights or obligations will be communicated via email to the address associated with your Account or through prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of jlii services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately cease using jlii services and close your Account.

12.2 Communication Methods

jlii will communicate with Users via: (a) email sent to the address registered in your Account; (b) SMS messages to your registered mobile number; (c) notifications displayed within your Account dashboard; (d) announcements posted on jlii.cam; or (e) push notifications through the jlii mobile application. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is current and that you regularly check for jlii communications.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlii regarding use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and jlii.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
